Homemade Sushi: Tips, Tricks and Toppings

The institution was surprised by the quality and freshness of the Food, that's just very tasty. one feels that the chef is a real Japanese and gourmet. The interiors are more than mediocre, as my friend said, as they should be in a good Japanese restaurant. The price level is above average. Service is fast and pleasant. The hand does not rise to give five stars to an institution with shabby walls, but for delicious sashimi, gyoza and green tea - here!

Cosy. Quiet, unobtrusive music, competent, polite staff - from the cloakroom attendant to the waitress. Excellent cuisine - I have never eaten tastier rolls anywhere.

Was there just an hour ago. Great atmosphere. Polite and friendly staff. Including cloakroom. The case when care is felt right at the entrance. I'm not a big fan of sushi, even in Japan I ate them a couple of times. But the rest of the menu is beyond praise. Proper tempura. And, not the most important, but the most indicative is the ability to cook rice. Sencha and matcha ice cream are also an indicator, maybe not the highest range, but not “cooking powder” either. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's worth it. We will definitely go again. And, yes, I don’t know who commanded the kitchen today and what nationality he has - he’s done well!
